Properties
Imparts smooth, resilient hand feel to cotton/spandex, cotton/nylon, cotton/polyester, modal fibers.
It’s especially suitable for handfeel finishing for cotton/spandex knitted fabrics.
Good stability and resistance to alkali, salt, hard water and shear
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
Padding:
Dosage: 5~30g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
Dipping:
Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 125KG/plastic drum
Compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
