Soft & fluffy high-concentration block copolymer silicone LT-756
LT-756 is a small-molecular-weight terpolymer block silicone with great comprehensive handfeel & stability. It is mainly used in finishing for polyester, cotton & its blends, will impart excellent softness and fluffiness.

Product Features
☆ Used in polyester, nylon, coral velvet, flannel and other fabrics with excellent softness.
☆ It also has a good fluffy and soft effect on cotton, polyester/cotton, denims and chemical fiber fabrics. It can meet the softness of different fabrics, especially suitable for the soft treatment of knitted fabrics and core spun yarn
Application
Referenced usage (can be adjusted according to actual production)
LT-756(after diluted)
☆ Padding:
Dosage:10~50g/L
Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
☆ Dipping:
Dosage: 1~2%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15
Diluting method: add LT-756 first, then add water double to triple. When stirring evenly, the emulsion will form semi-transparent to transparent emulsion without particles.
Storage & Packing:
Shelf time: Six months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse
Packing: 120KG/plastic drum
Notice: compatibility of other auxiliaries and process need to be checked before application
